The Eighth Annual Report published by Utah’s Intergenerational Welfare Reform Commission provides the first analysis of the progress of those families the Commission first identified in 2012 when the initiative began. The analysis helps us understand better what influences may be limiting the abilities of these families to rise above poverty.

The Report describes that gains that have been made with families experiencing intergenerational poverty, as well as the challenges that remain for them.
